You be wondering what we mean by that. So, let me explain :))
1. Gain Gym Knowledge
With Hybrid X, you will be taught how to use the gym equipments, and do sets of the different excercises, and rotate in a station work system:). Hence, you will get to familiaries yourselves with the gym equipments, and the different excercises taught.
2. Gain kickboxing knowledge
After hitting the gym, you will then be taught how to hit the bags and learn how to do the different variations of punches and kicks :) Trust me, it might sound tiring but it is actually really fun and stress relieving to hit the bags!
3. Get A Full Body Workout, While Having Fun!
At the end of the day, you will feel so satisfied after getting a full body workout. And most importantly, you will have fun with your gym buddies here!
