ACTS is a total body GYM circuit training workout under an hour that works every major and minor muscle group.
It is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which allows you to tone up your body and get lean. Incorporating a mix of cardio, strength and resistance training, ACTS is guaranteed to help you achieve the results you want.
