Our flagship Kickboxing Fitness Class is designed to help you lose weight, improve your cardiovascular fitness, tone your muscles and build strength. 
You get to learn countless kickboxing combinations and drills.

You will also get to focus on specific kickboxing techniques in every class. This complete body workout is great for anyone who wants to improve their cardiovascular fitness. 


Classes are structured into 3 main levels;
  1. Beginners
  2. Intermediate
  3. Advanced

2) Active Kickboxing Bootcamp

This is a total body workout, just for women. Our Active Kickboxing Boot Camp classes are mixed with fun Active Kickboxing Fitness sessions plus exercises integrated with over 500 varieties of circuit training, toning, strength conditioning and band work.

​It's a great way to ramp up your existing workout, and a fun introduction to fitness if you're a newbie.

3) Active Circuit Training System (ACTS)

​ACTS is a total body GYM circuit training workout under an hour that works every major and minor muscle group.

It is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which allows you to tone up your body and get lean. Incorporating a mix of cardio, strength and resistance training, ACTS is guaranteed to help you achieve the results you want.

4) Active Strong

Our Weightlifting and Strength hybrid class designed to increase and build strength incorporating a plyometric element to promote weight-loss.

With simple weightlifting moves and fun plyometric/functional exercises, improve your explosive strength and stamina.

5) Active Pro - Group Controlled Sparring

A group controlled sparring class designed to teach, train and improve your kickboxing skills and place it in a combat setting.

Learn how to apply kickboxing techniques when it comes to sparring or even self defense situations. Armed with a pair of shinguards and boxing gloves, we’ll be introduce realistic and practical kickboxing combinations for an adrenaline-boosting session.

6) 10 Rounds - 30 Minute Kickboxing HIIT

​10 Rounds is a 30-minute Kickboxing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) circuit-style class. Each class will feature 10 different stations, and each workout will never be same.
 
A total-body workout which lets you burn up to 300 calories, you’ll be worked from head to toe and get a good sweat!
