1. Pick a goal
If this is your first workout program, or you don’t have much experience, you’ll see the most benefits from an outlined plan. This is applicable for any gymgoer regardless of their knowledge. Knowing what you want to tackle is one of the first major steps. So, think of what goal you want to achieve, and let's work towards it together!
2. Find exercises you like
Learnt new exercises today? Do you have any favorites? Well, if you do, then make sure to put it in your notes! Because you are now one step closer to creating a workout routine for yourselves. Once you have found exercises that you like doing, you can now create a routine that you can do the next time you visit the gym :)
3. Organize your workouts
By joining classes for example, our ACTS (Active Circuit Training System) class, you will be doing station work, where you will be taught how to use a variety of gym equipments at each station. This way, you will be given an organized workout to do, and if you like them, you can always feel free to do it at your own time too!
4. Have fun!
Other then sweating it all out, what better way is there other then enjoying yourselves at the gym with amazing company! You get to "suffer" together, make new friends, and most importantly, you grow stronger, and achieve your goals as the time goes by.
