Our classes focus on non-contact training, using equipment like pads, gloves and round shields instead of sparring. You'll be hitting targets, which is just as effective for building power and technique, minus the risk of injury or discomfort from hitting someone.

We design our classes around drills, combinations and cardio intervals to get you fit and sweating. You'll get to execute your jab-cross, roundhouse kicks and footwork , all while improving your strength and fitness.

2. Mental & Emotional Benefit
One of the biggest benefits of Kickboxing outside of physical fitness is the emotional release it offers. Hitting pads is a cathartic.
