At Active Zone, every session is designed to give you a well-rounded workout!

Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, our class structure and routines ensure that you receive a full-body workout.

Our approach to fitness is beyond just breaking a sweat. Combining body-weight movements and kickboxing elements, we deliver a workout that energises you.

Let me give you a breakdown of how our classes are structured, from the warm-ups to the dynamic drills that we include!

1. Getting the Body Ready: We begin the class with a quick warm-up, which includes dynamic stretching and movements to loosen your stiff body after a long day.

We then move on to warm-up drills, where Clients perform Kickboxing techniques to increase heart rate!

2. Up'ing the Intensity with Tabata: The next portion of the class is Tabata, a high-intensity interval training that aids in burning fat and boosting metabolism.

This section is designed to push you to your limits, with short bursts of exercises with brief rest periods. Usually, rounds consist of 30 seconds of all-out effort, followed by 15 seconds of rest.

Tabata is a powerful way to ramp up the calorie burn while working on stamina and strength, toning your body as you go!

3. Combination Drills: After Tabata, we transition into combination drills. This is where the Kickboxing portion comes in. In this segment, clients will work on various sequences of punches and kicks.

These combinations are designed to challenge coordination and improve technique, all while burning calories, in a fun and dynamic way.

4. Speed & Power: In this segment, we build strength and speed with time-based exercises. As if Tabata and Kickboxing combined, we challenge our clients with continuous, speedy punches and kicks.

Conclusion
To wrap it up, at Active Zone, our structure ensures that every session is engaging and effective. By blending warm-ups, Tabata, kickboxing techniques and drills, we create a full-body workout that keeps you motivated.
