What is Circuit Training?
Circuit Training is a high-energy workout that runs you through a series of different exercises, each targeting a specific muscle group to ensure a full-body workout.

You'll power through each exercise for a set time, one after another, with no breaks in between.

Only once the full circuit is complete, then you earn that well deserved breather!

It's fast-paced, efficient, and it keeps your heart rate up! Which makes it calorie-torching!
