Hybrid X is a combination of both Active Kickboxing Fitness and Active Circuit Training System into one class, allowing those who doesn’t have time to go for many different classes, to do both in just a class. It is executed in a “boot camp” style. Where you get to do station work at the kickboxing area, and the gym. Let's do a little run though on how this class goes :) Part I: Gym Time! Firstly, we hit the gym! New to the gym, or afraid to visit one? Well, there's nothing to be afraid of here, because we will guide you through every step of the way. We will teach you on how to use the different gym equipments, and you will then be tasked to do the different stations one after another, helping you to familiarize yourselves to these new excercises :) Part II: Let's Hit The Bags! Remember when we said hybrid? Well this is the kickboxing part now. Not to worry, you will be taught on how to throw proper punches and kicks. So if you're ready to learn cool new skills, then put on your gloves and let's hit the bags together! Part III: Bodyweight Exercises Time! We're almost done! Last but not least, we will finish our class off with some body weight excercises. Since we've done the weighted exercises and kickboxing, we will now do something that you can do at home, and add it to your daily routine on your free time :) Where Can I Learn to Lift Weights, Gym or Kickboxing?
